MAX. LENGTH
The CRANE 120 can be setup in the lengths, 4.5m, 6m, 7.5m, 9m, 10.5m, and 12m.
MAX. PAYLOAD
The max. payload of the versions 4.5m-7m have a payload of 30kg, the 9m version of 25kg, and the 10.5m and 12m 20kg.

Short assemble time of the CRANE 120 with a complete setup in approx. 20 min.

Our crane 120 Variations
Our well known Lightweight Camera Crane 120 is a true allrounder. Ideal as a studio camera crane or outside on set – this Crane is a versatile and reliable workhorse. The crane can be set up in different length versions. The standard versions are 9m, 10.5m and 12m. If required, each version can be set up in any shorter cran arm setup.

Six Lengths Available
This Crane is one of the most flexible broadcast cranes on the market. It can be purchased in three standard lengths:
- 9m version
- 10.5m version
- 12m version
Due to its modular design, you can set up the cranes in it’s smaller versions as well, e.g. the 12m crane can be setup in 10.5 or 9m. Additionally, you can setup each crane in the following 3 lengths:
- 4.5m
- 6m
- 7.5m

While designing, we focused on making it lighter than ever – without compromising on stability.
Circular spaces in the segments reduce the weight of the crane significantly. It comes with the following weight:
- 9 m – 83 kg (182.98 lbs)
- 10.5 m – 93 kg (205 lbs)
- 12 m – 116 kg (255.73 lbs)
High weight capacity
The CRANE 120 is built for high weights so you have full flexibility when filming. The maximum weight depends on the length of the crane:
- 4.5 m, 6 m, 7.5 m version – max. 30 kg (66 lbs) payload
- 9 m version – max. 25 kg (55.12 lbs) payload
- 10.5 m, 12m version – max. 20 kg (44.09 lbs) payload
Versatile Base
Choose from the base that suits you best. The CRANE 120 9m and smaller can be setup on our BULL STAND TRIPOD.
For the lengths 10.5m and 12m the Crane needs to be assembled on top of one of MovieTech‘s strong base dollies:
- CD 5 BASE DOLLY (narrow, fits through standard doors)
- CD 8 JIB BASE DOLLY (wide for more stability)
They come standard with pneumatic wheels but can be setup on studio or track wheels as well.
Double Tower Pipe
For an increased stability all CRANE 120 versions are equipped with a double tower pipe.
